Giving together and sharing joy
|
This year, the International Bilingual School Munich (IBSM), together with the International Kids Campus (IKC) and MINIHAUS München, once again organized the “Christmas for Children of the Münchner Tafel” campaign, bringing special Christmas joy to many children from socially disadvantaged families.
Over the past few weeks, everyone at all locations worked hard to collect, pack, and organize the gifts, which were then presented at MINIHAUS München in Trudering. The result speaks for itself.
Around 350 Christmas packages – a strong sign of solidarity
Thanks to the great participation of families, children, and employees, around 350 lovingly packed gifts were handed over to the Münchner Tafel. Each individual package represents compassion, solidarity, and the desire to bring joy to others during the Christmas season. It is precisely such campaigns that show how much can be achieved when many small contributions come together.
Commitment that touches the heart
A heartfelt thank you goes to all the families who prepared gifts together with their children, as well as to our employees who accompanied and supported the campaign. The commitment of the children was also particularly valuable, as they showed with great naturalness what it means to think of others.
Sharing is part of Christmas
The “Christmas for Children of the Münchner Tafel” campaign is an important part of our educational work every year. It teaches children values such as helpfulness, responsibility, and community spirit in a vivid way—values that are important far beyond the Christmas season.
We would like to thank everyone involved for their tremendous support and are delighted that we were able to bring smiles to the faces of so many children again this year.
Merry Christmas and thank you for this powerful show of solidarity!
